Appointments & Confirmation
Appointments are required. A booking request or payment does not by itself confirm an appointment. Availability, location suitability, and any applicable travel fee must be agreed before your booking is confirmed.
Appointment & Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. When applicable, the deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled massage. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please contact Sarah at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a deposit refund. For shorter notice, missed appointments, or failure to be available at the confirmed location, the deposit may be retained. Applicable cancellation and deposit terms are discussed before confirmation.
Travel & Eligible Locations
Travel fees may apply depending on appointment location and distance. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed and disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
Massage is provided at eligible homes, hotels, vacation rentals, or private locations. Hotels and rentals must permit the appointment. A clean, quiet, private space with enough room to work safely is required.
Payment
Accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, and the total quoted cost are confirmed when arranging your appointment. Follow only payment instructions provided by Sarah or through the agreed booking platform.
Professional Wellness Services
Massage services are for relaxation and general wellness, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation. Services are provided only when permitted by applicable law and within the provider’s training and scope. Professional boundaries, appropriate draping, and client privacy are maintained throughout.
