Get in touchWhat is a mobile massage?
A mobile massage brings your selected massage experience to you, rather than asking you to travel to a spa. Your session takes place in an agreed, eligible private location.
Where do you provide massage?
Eligible homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and private locations. Ask about Paducah, Madisonville, and nearby Kentucky communities. Availability, property permission, and suitability are confirmed before booking.
Do you bring the massage table and supplies?
Yes. We bring the professional massage table, fresh linens, and necessary supplies for your scheduled massage. Please provide a clean, quiet space with enough room to set up and move safely around the table.
How do I book?
Use BOOK YOUR MASSAGE to check availability through Booksy. If you need assistance, call or email Sarah. Selecting a time or clicking a booking button does not by itself confirm an appointment; location, availability, and any travel fee must be agreed first.
Do travel fees apply?
Travel fees may apply depending on appointment location and distance. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed and disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods and any deposit instructions are confirmed when arranging your appointment. Please ask Sarah before booking if you prefer a particular payment method.
What should I do before my appointment?
Choose a clean, quiet, private space and leave enough room for the massage table and easy access. Share your comfort preferences and any relevant concerns before the session. For hotel or rental appointments, check the property’s visitor policy in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Please contact Sarah at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Changes with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a deposit refund. For shorter notice, missed appointments, or an unavailable location, the deposit may be retained. Any applicable terms are discussed before confirmation.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. When applicable, it is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled massage. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed. See our appointment policies for cancellation and rescheduling details.
